Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

How to cancel or reschedule

Cancellation

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your experience, you receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your experience, the booking is non-refundable. The same applies if you do not arrive (no-show).

Reschedule

If you reschedule more than 48 hours before your experience, you can do so as many times as you like, subject to availability.

If you reschedule between 24 and 48 hours before your experience, this counts as your one allowed late reschedule. After this, no further reschedules are possible, and the booking becomes non-refundable regardless of how far ahead the new slot sits. To avoid using your late reschedule, change the date more than 48 hours before your experience.

If you are within 24 hours of your experience, no reschedule is possible.

Why our policy works this way

A booking secures both a slot and the team and ingredients we have allocated for your experience. We hold these for you when you book, and cannot reallocate them at short notice. Our policy gives you flexibility while making sure we can plan and welcome you well.
