These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of sanpatong.com and any related online services we provide through it, including any Trade Portal features (together, the Site).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Age restriction and responsible drinking

The Site contains information about alcoholic beverages. You must be of legal drinking age in your location to access or use the Site.

Do not use the Site if you are under the legal drinking age, or if alcohol purchase, consumption, or alcohol related marketing is not permitted where you are located.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or connected with these Terms or the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
