The Story
The Dirty Martini is a drink of contradictions. Elegant in form, aggressive in flavour. The olive brine cuts through the spirit like a challenge, and the gin either rises to meet it or gets lost. Imagin Blue rises. The butterfly pea flower and blue lotus bring a floral calm that softens the brine without surrendering to it. The makrut lime keeps everything sharp. And then there is the colour. The butterfly pea tea starts blue. The brine's acidity shifts it slowly toward violet as you drink. It is the only Martini that changes colour in the glass. Order it for the taste. Stay for the show.
