Spend a Sunday at the distillery. A guided walk through our copper pot stills, a tasting across the Sanpatong range, a buffet dinner, and live music with Texas John. From mid-afternoon through to late evening, in San Pa Tong.
Spend a Sunday at the distillery, in San Pa Tong, fourty minutes south-west of Chiang Mai. The afternoon and evening are built around three things we do well: craft Thai spirits from farm to bottle, additive free tasting and pairing, and good company.
The day opens with a guided walk through our distillery from farm to bottle thru copper pot still distillation, where the spirits are made and rested for a minimum of 120 days before they ever reach a bottle. From there, a structured tasting across the Sanpatong range — Elevated, Rebel Rhum Agricole, Imagin Fusion Gin, with Eau de Vie from our Distiller's Reserve. Mini cocktails are served between flights so you experience each spirit in its natural habitat.
A buffet dinner followsand live music from Texas John and his three-piece band. Elevated Vodka, Gin, and Rum with mixers throughout, until close at 23:00.

Welcome drink and short introduction
15:30 Signature Tour of Sanpatong Distilellery
A Farm to Bottle tour of the distillery, we start with ingredients and their handling, thru controlled fermentation, multiple Copper Pot distillation, spirit resting, and finally bottling.
16:15Tasting flight with pairing
The tasting will walk through our Elevated range, Signature Selection with our heritage Rebel Rhum Agricole, and Imagin Fusion Gin, selected Eau de Vie from our Distiller's Reserve, with mini cocktails between flights.
17:30 Buffet dinner
Thai and Western dishes, vegetarian options throughout and we provide Elevated Vodka, Gin and Rum drinks throughout the evening.
18:30 Live music
Texas John and his three-piece band take over playing modern Thai and Country music.
23:00 End of Experience

Sanpatong Distillery is a working craft distillery in San Pa Tong, Chiang Mai, where guests experience Thai spirits at the source. Surrounded by northern Thai agriculture and centred around copper pot stills, the distillery hosts guided tours, tastings and cocktail masterclasses that connect raw ingredients, distillation and the final glass.
