The Story
The Aperol Spritz was born in the Veneto region of northern Italy, where locals had been mixing bitter liqueurs with sparkling wine since the 1800s. Aperol arrived in 1919, and the Spritz became its perfect vehicle. Light, bitter, effervescent, and endlessly sociable. We added Imagin Red, and the result is a Spritz with a Thai heartbeat. The strawberry and roselle in the gin amplify Aperol's orange bitterness into something richer and more complex. The red chili warmth hides quietly in the finish, arriving just when you think the drink is done. Sunset in a glass. With a sting.
