- 30ml Elevated Vodka
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
- 90ml chilled Brut Champagne or dry sparkling wine
- Ice
- Garnish: lemon twist (optional)

- 01Shake vodka, lemon, syrup with ice 10 seconds.
- 02Double strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
- 03Top with sparkling wine.
