Return to Origin is Sanpatong Distillery’s bottle reuse programme for trade partners. Eligible Sanpatong bottles are returned, inspected, sterilised, relabelled, and refilled for first-quality use rather than melted down or discarded.

How it works

Register your return

Partners log returned bottles by type, separating quantities with intact toppers from those without.

We inspect at the distillery

Sanpatong inspects rim, body, and base integrity before any bottle is accepted into the reuse flow.

Credits are issued after inspection

Accepted bottles earn credits against future direct Sanpatong invoices, with a full digital audit trail for ESG reporting.

Why it matters

This is reuse, not recycling. Return to Origin keeps glass in circulation as a first-quality production vessel, cutting waste, avoiding furnace emissions, and giving hospitality partners a documented sustainability action they can reference in their own ESG disclosures.

Available to all Sanpatong trade partners

Trade partners can register returns through the portal, track credits, and download ESG report snapshots for the programme. If you are not yet active on the portal, contact the team and we will help you get set up.

Programme highlights

20 THB per accepted bottle with topper

Bottles returned with an intact, functional Sanpatong topper earn the full credit.

10 THB per accepted bottle without topper

Bottles that are otherwise sound but missing or damaged at the topper still remain eligible for reuse credit.

Inspection and chain of custody are signed

Registrations, inspections, credit issuance, and report snapshots are all logged for audit integrity.
