The Story
The Sour is one of the oldest cocktail templates in existence: spirit, citrus, sweet. Three ingredients. Zero compromise. Bartenders have been riffing on it since the 1860s and nobody has cracked a reason to stop. Here, Coconut Blossom Nectar replaces simple syrup, adding a low-glycemic, floral depth that plain sugar simply cannot match. The egg white is optional, but if you skip it, you're missing the point. Silky, bright, and dangerously balanced. This is what a gin sour was always trying to be.
