Ingredients
- 45ml Elevated Vodka
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 120ml soda water (well chilled)
- Ice
- Garnish: lime wheel (optional)

Method
- 01Build in glass over ice. Add vodka and lime. Top with soda. Stir gently 5 seconds.

The Story
Vodka soda has no romance and that is the point. It is the global default because it is fast, clean, and it never argues with the moment. It also exposes weak vodka instantly. If the spirit is harsh or doctored, this drink turns it into a public confession. Elevated Vodka does the opposite. It stays smooth, stays dry, and lets lime and bubbles do their job without turning the glass into a sugar trap.
