Ingredients
- 60ml Imagin Black Fusion Gin
- 15ml Coconut Blossom Nectar Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Ice (large cube preferred)
- Garnish: orange twist, expressed and placed

Method
- 01Add syrup and bitters to a rocks glass.
- 02Add a large ice cube. Pour gin over.
- 03Stir gently 20-30 times.
- 04Express orange twist over the glass, run around the rim, and place.

The Story
The Old Fashioned is the oldest cocktail template in existence. Spirit, sugar, bitters, water. That is the entire recipe. It appeared in print in 1806 and has never needed improving. What it has always needed is the right spirit. Imagin Black is that spirit. The roasted coffee and cacao meet the Angostura bitters like old friends. The cinnamon and Thai black cardamom add a warmth and spice that whiskey can only dream of. The osmanthus flower drifts through the finish like something half-remembered. The Coconut Blossom Nectar Syrup replaces plain sugar with a caramel depth that belongs here. This is not a gin Old Fashioned as a novelty. This is a gin Old Fashioned as a revelation.
