The Story

The Singapore Sling was created around 1915 at the Raffles Hotel Long Bar, designed to look like fruit juice so women could drink in public without raising eyebrows. The ruse worked. The drink became one of the most famous cocktails in Asia and never left. We moved it north. The Northern Sling replaces cherry brandy with Sanpatong's own Lychee Eau de Vie, distilled from lychees grown right here in Chiang Mai. The rose petal and floral notes of the lychee weave through the pineapple and jasmine of Imagin White like they were always meant to be there. Singapore started it. The North finished it.
