Lychee Eau de Vie captures the delicate perfume and sweetness of Thailand's lychee harvest in its purest form. Distilled from fruit grown in the orchards of Chiang Mai, it expresses both tropical generosity and refined precision.
Each vintage begins with carefully selected lychees, pressed and fermented under controlled conditions to preserve their natural fragrance. The spirit is double distilled in copper alembic pot stills, using only the heart cut to ensure clarity and balance. It remains unaged and unaltered, allowing the true nature of the fruit to shine.
Every bottle is individually numbered and released in limited quantity, a reflection of the season and of Sanpatong's commitment to authenticity and craftsmanship.
Tasting Notes
The aroma reveals fresh lychee and rose petal, followed by tropical fruit and a gentle floral tone. On the palate, it is soft and silky with natural sweetness, finishing with a subtle note of citrus blossom. The result is a poised and elegant Eau de Vie that embodies both purity and place.
