Longan Eau de Vie represents the refined heart of Thailand's fruit craftsmanship. Distilled from hand-harvested longans grown in Chiang Mai's orchards, it captures the fruit's honeyed depth and natural elegance with precision and restraint.
Each vintage begins with freshly pressed longan juice, fermented slowly to preserve its delicate floral aroma. The spirit is double distilled in copper alembic pot stills using only the heart cut, then left unaged to maintain clarity and authenticity. No additives, colour, or sugar are ever introduced.
Produced in strictly limited quantities, every bottle is individually numbered, a tribute to the craft and to the fleeting perfection of each year's harvest.
Tasting Notes
The aroma opens with honeyed longan and a touch of orchid. On the palate, it is smooth and layered with notes of dried flower, golden syrup, and soft tropical sweetness. The finish is clean and enduring, revealing the warmth and grace of its origin.
