Mango Eau de Vie is distilled exclusively from Nam Dok Mai mangoes grown in Chiang Mai's fertile orchards. Each release represents a single harvest year, capturing the fruit's pure character as shaped by its season.
Crafted from one hundred percent first press mango juice, the spirit is double distilled in traditional copper alembic pot stills, using only the heart cut of the distillation. No sugar, colouring, or additives are ever introduced. The result is a spirit of clarity and balance, expressing the authentic soul of the mango with precision and restraint.
Every bottle of Mango Eau de Vie is individually numbered and released only in limited batches, reflecting Sanpatong's commitment to purity and craftsmanship.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, the editions open with notes of ripe mango and soft jasmine. The palate reveals tropical fruit, a touch of citrus, and a silky texture that unfolds toward a refined floral finish. Each vintage differs subtly, defined by the ripeness and natural sugar of its harvest year.
