Apple Eau de Vie represents the meeting of European fruit tradition and Thai craftsmanship. Distilled from cold-pressed Hungarian apples, it is defined by clarity, poise, and quiet complexity.
Fermented naturally and double distilled in copper alembic pot stills, the spirit remains unaged and untouched to preserve its fresh, crystalline structure. Every bottle is made from the heart cut only, the purest expression of fruit, time, and place.
Each bottle is individually numbered, released in limited quantity, and represents Sanpatong's commitment to craftsmanship without compromise.
Tasting Notes
