Coconut Flower Eau de Vie is a rare expression of Thailand's tropical craftsmanship, distilled from pure coconut flower nectar sourced from a single orchard in Amphawa. It represents one of Sanpatong's most delicate and refined distillations, celebrating the natural sweetness and warmth of its origin.
Each batch begins with nectar collected by hand at dawn when the blossoms are richest in flavour. The nectar is fermented naturally, then double distilled in copper alembic pot stills using only the heart cut. The spirit remains unaged, revealing clarity and authenticity without any form of additive or colouring.
Every bottle is individually numbered and produced in small batches, preserving the unique character of the orchard and the quiet precision of Sanpatong's distillers.
Tasting Notes
The aroma unfolds with coconut blossom and soft vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, with notes of nectar, light caramel, and gentle tropical warmth. The finish is pure and satin-like, reflecting the grace and tranquillity of its source.
