Sanpatong is a distillery in Chiang Mai building Thai spirits with full control from ingredient to bottle. We work with tropical fruit, sugarcane, botanicals, and careful distillation to create spirits that are additive-free, precise, and built for serious drinking.

Sanpatong Distillery sits in Thung Satok, San Pa Tong, just south of Chiang Mai. The region gives us a practical mix of agricultural access, local ingredient knowledge, and the working rhythm that comes from building close to the source.

Place matters here. San Pa Tong is not a decorative backdrop to the brand. It influences how we think about raw materials, how we approach production, and how we present Thai spirits with more confidence and clarity.

We begin with fruit, sugarcane, botanicals, and other raw materials chosen for character rather than marketing shorthand. Good spirit starts before distillation.

Distill for clarity

Copper stills, careful cuts, and controlled vapour handling allow us to focus on purity, expression, and balance instead of hiding flaws later.

Rest and refine

After distillation, batches settle and integrate before release. This stage is about composure, not complication.
