Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Small-group capacity is limited, so earlier booking gives you the best choice of available sessions.
What if I need to cancel?
Direct bookings for publicly bookable distillery experiences may be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience are non refundable. Bookings made through a tour operator or third party partner are subject to their cancellation policy and must be handled directly with them.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Direct bookings for publicly bookable distillery experiences may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience. Requests made less than 48 hours before the experience, but more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, may be accepted once only, subject to availability. Once rescheduled within this period, the booking can no longer be cancelled or changed. Bookings made through a tour operator or third party partner are subject to their rescheduling policy and must be handled directly with them.
Do you accept same-day bookings and walk-ins?
Same day bookings are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed and must be confirmed by phone in advance. Walk in visitors are also welcome, although tour and tasting space may be limited, and even when experiences are fully booked, our bars still welcome visitors for drinks.
What languages are available?
Experiences are normally hosted in English and Thai. If your group needs another language, please mention it in your enquiry and we will confirm what can be arranged.
What is the minimum age?
Guests must be at least 20 years old to take part in tastings and masterclasses. Guests under 20 may still join eligible tour formats without alcohol.
Can non-drinkers or pregnant guests join?
Yes. Non-alcoholic options can be arranged for non-drinkers and pregnant guests. Please mention this when booking so we can prepare the right format for your visit.
Are private group experiences available?
Yes. Private group experiences are available for groups from 4 to 20 guests. Published online sessions may include multiple separate bookings in the same session.
Is the distillery wheelchair accessible?
We can accommodate wheelchair access, but this must be arranged in advance so we can prepare properly. Some outdoor parts of the tour are not wheelchair accessible, so access is confirmed case by case.
Is parking available?
Yes. We provide free parking on site for all visitors.
What should I wear?
Comfortable shoes are recommended. Please avoid high heels. Guests entering production areas will be given shoe covers, and all visits to production areas take place under staff supervision.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. It is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and in all production areas.
Can I buy products on site after the experience?
Yes. Guests can purchase bottles, cocktails, other drinks, merchandise, and selected products in our bars and shops.
