Ingredients
- 45ml Elevated Rum
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 120ml ginger beer (well chilled)
- Ice
- Garnish: lime wheel (optional)

Method
- 01Build in glass over ice.
- 02Add rum and lime. Top with ginger beer.
- 03Stir gently 5 seconds.

The Story
Dark and Stormy is closely tied to Bermuda and its ginger beer and rum culture. The classic serve relies on contrast, spicy ginger on top of deep rum. Many rums turn the drink syrupy. Elevated Rum stays clean, so ginger stays sharp, lime stays bright, and the finish lands dry rather than sticky. It keeps the storm, but with better control.
