The Story

The Mojito is a Havana classic with roots that run through earlier cane and lime drinks, then formalised in Cuba in the early 1900s. It became famous because it is simple, cooling, and ruthless in the heat. Most versions fail by shredding mint and over sweetening. We keep the mint clean, keep the lime bright, and let Elevated Rum do the heavy lifting. The blend gives you freshness and depth at once, so the drink tastes grown up, not like sweet mint soda.
